HI Impact: Money + Aloha = Impact Hub Honolulu

Tuesday, July 15, 2014
8:00 am - 7:00 pm
University of Hawaii: Cancer Center

The first HI Impact event brought together 150 entrepreneurs, investors, and participants from non-profits, state-agencies, and academia to envision the future of Hawaii's economy.  A key outcome was that an Impact Hub would serve as a gathering place for the developing social entrepreneurial and impact investment ecosystem in Hawaii.  With 50 Impact Hubs around the world, it would also connect our local economy to a thriving collaborative global network of innovators and investors.  This event will introduce the Impact Hub concept, share the framework of the plan for Impact Hub Honolulu (size, location, time line) and engage all participants in providing thoughts, ideas, needs and recommendations to co-create Hawaii's first Impact Hub.
